​Cosmas ADAM is AXXE Services LTD director. Before that he was MTN Cyprus Chief Technology Officer. MTN Cyprus is a GSM UMTS, LTE and Fixed Services operator. Cosmas has been active in telecom’s market since 2000 initially as System’s support engineer in Cosmote Greece. Between 2003 and 2007 he was appointed Operations and Maintenance Manager in Cosmofon, Cosmote’s daughter company in FYROM. He was nominated as Cosmofon CTIO in 2007 and up to the summer of 2009 when he joined MTN. His academic background includes a BSc in Physics, an MSc in Electronics and Msc in Informations System Management.

During his professional career his key responsibilities were the development and implementation of corporate strategy, the preparation of annual budget, R&D, investments and diversification. As a continuation of his positions in financial sector, he was also head of all banking relationships, credit policies, cash flows and reporting. His practices are supplemented with the evaluation and negotiation of Mergers & Acquisition cases, his participation in the processes of listing companies in Stock Markets as well as with the establishment, organization and monitoring of companies in the Balkan countries.
